Annya Newman
Annya is an energetic and personable senior consultant with a diverse background in change management, project management, marketing, quality assurance and human resource management
Annya is a qualified business change and communications manager and project manager with 10 years’ experience in public and private sector organisations.
Annya is currently based at the Department of Health and Ageing where she is providing project management services for the review of Health’s key grant funding initiatives.
During 2011 Annya worked with the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry developing and commencing the roll-out of a change management strategy (including a fit-for-purpose methodology), plans as well as tailored tools and templates. As part of her work there, Annya also played a key role in the commencement of building organisational wide change management capability including organisation wide change management training and an operating model.
