Hassan Adhami
Hassan is an energetic, dedicated consultant who provides fresh perspectives and solutions to the work he performs.
Hassan is an experienced Apis team member with a strong background in program and project management. He has an excellent track record of providing services to Federal Government clients and a proven history of delivering results on a wide range of large and politically sensitive projects.
Recently, Hassan has led an Apis team providing program management services to the Department of Human Services on the ICT Infrastructure Integration Program. In this role, Hassan established the program management controls and developed effective working relationships with all the project managers and program Executives. In addition, Hassan provides Program Management support to the program executive, leads the monthly program reporting and governance activities, and conducts ongoing program design and quality assurance. Under Hassan’s leadership, the Apis team is also responsible for program risk and issues management, interdependency management, change control, stakeholder management and schedule management.
Hassan has provided program and project management services to a number of large government reform initiatives including:
• Service Delivery Reform for the Department of Human Services,
• Primary Health Care Reform and the Maternity Services and Nurse Practitioner Reforms for the Department of Health and Ageing,
• Superannuation Clearing House Project for Medicare Australia, and
• Preventable Admissions Program for DVA.
Other clients include Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs, Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations, Department of Finance, Office of the Renewable Energy Regulator and eWater.
With his excellent grasp of program and project management, Hassan is able to apply these disciplines consistently when developing implementation frameworks, engaging stakeholders, planning program activities and building capability.
