She has an excellent understanding of the APS environment, trends and protocols, and a proven track record in providing integrated project management and procurement planning and implementation advice and support services to deliver successful outcomes.
Jo has recently worked on high profile projects within the Department of Finance and Deregulation, Environment, ANSTO and the Migrant and Refugee and Settlement Services ACT Inc (MARSS). Key activities have included business review & analysis, project planning, governance committee performance and status reporting, end-end procurement and contract management, risk and financial management monitoring and tracking, along with the design, delivery and evaluation of customised leadership and training programs.
