Peter Binnington
Peter is a flexible consultant who possesses effective interpersonal skills and understands the needs of his clients.
Peter is an adept project manager who strives to consistently produce results of a high standard. He places a high priority on client needs and provides advice and services that are relevant and practical to the client environment. Risk management, change management and stakeholder engagement are areas of expertise.
Peter joined Apis over two years ago from a public service background. Since then he has provided project management services to major government departments, assisting in areas such as policy implementation, procurement, business process design and business improvement.
Peter is currently on assignment at the Department of Health providing project management support to the Government’s Personally Controlled Electronic Health Record (PCEHR) program. The PCEHR program has provided Peter the opportunity to expand and broaden his skills on a large, complex program of work.
