Tim Ryan
Tim is an Apis Partner and Senior Executive. He has been with the company for six years and in that time has been instrumental in building a professional services firm responsible for providing quality management consulting solutions for government clients.
Possessing a wealth of strategic and operational experience, as well as in-depth knowledge of the government sector, Tim’s work sees him engaged on a myriad of projects.
Most recently, Tim led an Apis team responsible for developing and implementing a corporate project management methodology and Projects Office for the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO).
Previously, Tim held key strategic and operational roles with Colonial Bank, Australia Post and the Health Insurance Commission (HIC), the precursor to Medicare Australia. One of Tim’s responsibilities at the HIC was to manage the Contact Centre Improvement Program, a suite of projects designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HIC customer contact from a people, process and enabling technologies perspective.
Tim has excellent relationship building skills, is a highly competent project/program manager and is experienced in all facets of operational and strategic planning, in particular the ability to develop and build plans which are pragmatic, understandable and realisable. He is committed to producing quality outcomes, is flexible in approach and is a high calibre team lead and team member.
