Here's a few recent ones:

  • Can you help us set up a digital tool to support carbon emissions reduction?
  • How do we deliver a digital information hub and national contact centre to enable clients a better way to access aged care services?
  • Can you help us to deliver one of the world’s largest social welfare ICT system transformations?
  • What document management system should I use if I need to process 3000 grant applications every year?
  • Can you design a framework that reduces red tape for not-for-profit organisations?

There’s no such thing as hierarchy at Apis Group. Great work, new ideas, better ways of solving problems-these things outrank seniority at Apis every day of the week. Not only that but our consultants value the support our partners provide in helping them tackle complex problems and develop their skills whilst delivering.

If we do something we do it well-that includes our social events. Our previous conferences have been held in the Gold Coast, Hunter Valley, Thredbo and Bowral. We also encourage our people to down tools and explore their surroundings with a range of monthly social activities. Our monthly breakfast sessions engage our social side but also enable us to get a deeper understanding around a range of topics. Apis is a business which values the importance of family so we also have our family BBQ and Christmas party as a thank you to those that support us.

Consultants joining us really value the security of working at Apis. There’s no cold calling, there’s no sales targets, it’s just an unrelenting focus on delivering high quality, practical solutions for our loyal and longstanding clients.

Our people love turning up to work each day. They are a group of smart creative, energised individuals who want to try new things. It makes for an environment that you want to be a part of. Our core values are active and can be seen in the way our people operate. Our culture encourages collaboration and innovation-we want your input to make our business even better.

If you are an adaptable and accountable individual who enjoys finding and influencing solutions to problems of national significance we’d like to hear from you.
