Lizzie is a highly accomplished Consultant with over 12 years’ professional experience and strong track record of managing medium to large projects particularly in the human resource, performance and capability development sectors. Lizzie has provided management expertise across Federal and State Government Departments and private sector clients including the Australian Academy of Science, Austrade, Department of Employment and Workplace Relations, Office of Workplace Services, Department of Public Prosecutions and Australian Signals Directorate.
Lizzie is currently engaged as a Project Manager on the Science in Australia Gender Equity (SAGE) initiative for the Australian Academy of Science. Activities undertaken by Lizzie on this project include procurement and contract management, project management, organisational design, strategic business planning and stakeholder engagement.
During her time at Austrade, Lizzie was responsible for managing the Performance Management and Talent Program, the Global Feedback Program, and the design, development and delivery of capability development programs to senior management and staff. This includes induction, mentoring, leadership and other specialist programs for business areas.
At Yellow Edge, Lizzie managed the design of large scale learning initiatives, procured and integrated web based products, co-facilitated learning and development initiatives for a range of government clients and undertook business development activities.
Among Lizzie’s many strengths are her analytical thinking, outcome and services delivery focus, strong research, infographic expertise and quality assurance skills. She is an advanced team manager with excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and liaison skills. This is supported by her academic background having undertaken a Bachelor of Applied Psychology, majoring in Management.
