She has a proven track record working leading delivery teams across various levels of government, focusing on digital transformation and user-centric design and delivery, business improvement, process design and outsourcing.
Melissa has recently provided specialist expertise across multiple Federal Government Departments including Department of Human Services, Department of Agriculture and the Department of Social Services. Her business transformation content focus spans digital human services, biosecurity reform, post-entry quarantine transition and aged care.
Prior to joining Apis, Melissa spent time in the United Kingdom providing management consulting services to local government public sector clients. She provided design and delivery services focused on the user experience and back-end business processes, and systems supporting social services; housing; human resources; payroll and financial management; regulatory services such as: licencing, trading standards, environmental health and protection; customer access services such as: front of house, contact centre, web-services, payments, registrations and bookings; library and cultural services including: art gallery, museums and archives.
