    Tim is a Partner and Director of the Apis Group, with responsibility and oversight across all aspects of the business. He joined Apis in 2003, and since then has been instrumental in building and growing the company’s capabilities.

    Tim has led numerous consulting assignments for a wide range of government and private sector clients. His skills lie in the disciplines of project, program and portfolio management, strategic consulting, service delivery and organisational improvement. He has advised on numerous corporate reform and improvement initiatives for government across many sectors including Agriculture, Energy, Human Services, Veterans’ Affairs, Immigration and Border Protection, Education, and Finance.

    Tim has provided advisory services and hands-on delivery management solutions to Agriculture on a number of major reform initiatives. He led the Apis teams responsible for building and managing program delivery capability for corporate, status resolution and detention reform within Immigration and Border Protection. He led the Apis team supporting Finance in the redevelopment of the Central Budget Management System. He developed and implemented corporate project management methodology and a Projects Office for the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO). He led Apis teams across of range of business improvement projects at Education, including conduct of an application health survey, development of an Application Portfolio Management rationalisation plan and redevelopment of program and operational guidelines for the Child Support and Indigenous Education Programs.

    Prior to joining Apis, Tim was a Senior Executive in the Health Insurance Commission (now part of the Department of Human Services). He was responsible for building and operating program management capability across the organisation, including delivery of the critical Contact Centre Improvement Program.

    His earlier career includes leadership roles at Australia Post and the Colonial Bank, and a number of years as an officer in the Australian Army, including overseas postings with the British Army.
