Anthony Honeyman
Managing Director
Anthony is a Managing Director. He joined the company in 2008 – prior to this he was a Senior Executive within the public service.
He is a true government business specialist, with extensive experience in programme reform, delivery management at the portfolio and program levels, policy development, service delivery and finance and budgeting. Anthony brings sectoral specialisation in health, human services, and social policy and has led Apis involvement in key reforms across aged care, electronic health and carers’ support. He has consulted more broadly in education, finance and NHMRC.

David Trabinger
Managing Director
David is a Managing Director and delivery lead in Apis. He joined the company in 2013. Prior to this he was a Senior Executive in the public service, specialising in service delivery. Throughout his 23 year career David gained extensive experience in strategic policy development and service delivery operations.
David is a highly skilled strategic consultant with demonstrated delivery management at the portfolio and program levels. He has led Apis teams and/or been influential in the development of business cases for finance, jobs and human services. He has led teams involved in major welfare reform. He is committed to delivering quality outcomes and is a strong team leader/member with excellent relationship building skills.

Nidal Adhami
Manager
Nidal is a Manager with over 8 years of professional experience. He joined Apis in 2010, and has a track record in delivery management and complex procurement services. Nidal recently managed the end-to-end procurement process for national home support assessment services as part of the Aged Care Gateway Programme. This led to the establishment of contracts with multiple providers. In this role Nidal managed a team responsible for all go-to-market logistics, procurement documentation, evaluation training and project management to deliver executed contracts ahead of schedule.

Kristyn Jackson
Consultant
Kristyn is a dedicated and approachable professional service designer with more than 4 years experience in public sector service design and strategic policy. She joined Apis in 2018, specialising in service design, data analysis and research, with industry experience in the development of strategic policy. She has provided specialist expertise to Government clients including the Department of Human Services and Department of Defence.
A creative and conceptual service designer, Kristyn’s key strengths include developing service ecosystems, customer journeys, service blueprinting and touch-point mapping. She has strong presentation and facilitation skills, having presented to Senior Executives, internal and external stakeholder, and facilitated design, data collection and analysis processes.

Bronia Cullen
Senior Manager
Bronia is a Senior Manager with over 13 years professional experience. Bronia joined Apis in 2015 and has worked within the Departments of Health, Agriculture, Finance, Social Services, Human Services and alongside Parliamentary Services. She has also worked with regulatory agencies, most recently the Clean Energy Regulator.
Bronia is highly motivated, with a track record in delivery of business transformation solutions and provision of strategic advice. She has worked on a number of high-profile government reform programs, recently leading the delivery of a second pass business case for major aged care reforms.
Prior to joining Apis, Bronia worked within an acute health service, in the health and fitness sector, the Commonwealth Government, politics and the not-for-profit sector. Bronia is co-lead of Apis’ Transformation Framework Development Group.

Virginia Wilson
Senior Manager
Virginia is a Senior Manager with over 19 years professional experience. She joined the company in 2014, and has a track record in delivery management, transformation management and advisory services. She has led teams and shaped client outcomes in major reform initiatives within social services, immigration, border force and environment. Virginia is a Certified Practicing Accountant with a strong grounding inCommonwealth budget costing processes and financial management. She is a certified PROSCI change manager and certified MSP practitioner. Virginia leads the Apis in the Community program and is a member of the People Strategy Committee. Prior to joining Apis, Virginia was an Executive in the Public Service, a career spanning 15 years.

James Neill
Consultant
James is a Consultant with over 5 years of professional experience. He joined Apis in 2018 with a track record in business and digital design services. James is experienced in data and business analysis, user research and UX design. His career started at the Australian Bureau of Statistics and the Department of Veterans Affairs working within transformation programs.
An ambitious and energetic team member, James supports clients in finding solutions and information that best fit their unique needs, and delivers high-quality designs that meet their objectives.

Nigel Nutt
Managing Director
Nigel is a Managing Director and the lead for Apis’ advisory services offering. He joined the company in 2002. Prior to this he was an Executive in the public service.
Nigel has led numerous assignments for a wide range of government and private sector clients. His skills lie in the disciplines of complex procurement, strategic consulting and analytical problem solving. He has advised on numerous reform and corporate improvement initiatives for government across sectors including health, human services, social services, jobs, education and finance . He has led Apis teams in the development of first and second pass business cases, developed complex procurement strategies and plans and established reform programs and governance.

Michael Brennan
Managing Director
Mike is a Managing Director and delivery lead in Apis. He joined the company in 2012. Mike brings particular skills and qualifications in the disciplines of program management, project management, business analysis and design, enterprise architecture and corporate strategy. His background includes international experience in the United Kingdom where he worked with large financial services organisations such as Barclays Bank PLC, and various UK Government Departments including the Home Office. He understands the business of government, particularly within the Health sector, coupled with the implementation of major reform initiatives with large system integration requirements.

Billie-Mae Kennedy
Manager
Billie-Mae is a results-oriented and motivated senior service designer with extensive experience in user research, stakeholder engagement and strategic policy implementation. She has 7+ years’ experience enhancing strategic direction and executing fit-for-purpose solutions. She has provided specialist expertise to Government clients including the Digital Transformation Agency and the Department of Health.
A creative and solution focused team member, Billie-Mae is experienced in designing clear and simple user experiences for complex service ecosystems. She has an extensive toolkit of user-centred techniques in combination with stakeholder engagement and problem solving abilities.

Hassan Adhami
Managing Director
Hassan is a Managing Director and highly experienced delivery manager and consultant. He is the lead for Apis’ digital services offering. He joined the company in 2004 as a business analyst, and since then has led teams and supported government clients shape outcomes across numerous sectors, including education, the environment, finance, human services and health.
Hassan’s skills span the full delivery lifecycle. He has experience shaping and developing business and ICT strategies. He has written and contributed to business cases for major ICT initiatives. He has led process reform and re-design activities. He has undertaken complex delivery planning and has demonstrated delivery management expertise, including establishing and running PMOs at the enterprise level. His skills are complemented by advanced qualifications in ICT and Project Management.

Luke Elton

Luke is a Consultant with over 7 years professional experience. He joined the company in 2013 and has a track record in delivery management and business and digital design services. He is very adept at working with clients to elicit business requirements, map processes and design business/systems blueprints and solutions. He has a strong work ethic and is able to deliver effectively under pressure. Luke has delivered successful business outcomes on major reform initiatives within agriculture and water resources and health.

Sarah Jordison-Brown

Sarah is a proactive and engaging design Consultant who joined Apis in 2019 with over 5 years’ experience in service design, user experience and information design. A pragmatic problem solver, Sarah is able to lead fit-for-purpose design processes that drive improvements in the user experience as well as translating complex concepts into clear communication tools.
Sarah has provided specialist services including the design of digital services, business transformation and strategy to large Federal Government clients including the Australian Taxation Office, Department of Jobs and Small Business and the Digital Transformation Agency.

Melissa Robbins
Senior Manager
Melissa is an Senior Manager with over 20 years professional experience. She joined Apis in 2012, and has a track record in advisory, delivery management and business and digital design services. She has an extensive track record leading multi-disciplinary teams on a large scale welfare reform initiative, with focus on digital transformation, user-centered design, business improvement, process design and project management. Mel is a member of Apis’ People Strategy Committee.

Tim Ryan
Managing Director
Tim is a Managing Director with responsibility and oversight across key aspects of the business. He joined the company in 2003. Prior to this he was a Senior Executive in the public service.
Tim has led numerous consulting assignments for a wide range of government and private sector clients. His skills lie in the disciplines of project/program/portfolio management, service delivery and organisational improvement. He has led Apis teams providing capability reform and improvement initiatives across many sectors including agriculture, energy, human services, veterans’ affairs, immigration and border protection, education, and finance.

Danaye Mylonas
Senior Manager
Danaye is a Senior Manager with over 16 years professional experience. She joined the company in 2016 and has a track record in delivery management and transformation management.
Danaye is an energetic, dedicated and versatile team member/leader and her intuitive and collaborative engagement style engenders her to staff from varied backgrounds and levels. Most recently she has been leading a blended team and providing transformation management services to the Aged Care Gateway Programme. Danaye leads Apis’ Transformation Framework Development Group.

Arshia Amirghasemi
Manager
Arshia is a Manager with more than 12 years international and domestic experience in Engineering and Business consultancy. He specialises in project and program management, business and data analysis, stakeholder engagement, engineering design, and product commissioning. He has experienced full project lifecycles within a wide range of industries, from Oil and Gas to Information Technology development, across both private and public sectors.
Arshia joined Apis in 2015. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering paired with a Master of Project Management and Business. He is a Professional Engineer (Engineer’s Australia) as well an Associate Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA Australia).

Amanda Thomas

Amanda is a meticulous and collaborative professional with over 20 years’experience spanning frontline roles in vocational education and training, business operations, industrial relations and workforce development. She brings specialist expertise in strategic and operational management. Amanda has a proven track record of delivering high-impact outcomes for organisations across national and international environments including Department of Health (Aged Care), Liberas Consulting, Department of Education and Training, RMIT University, Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) and Australian Industry Standards.
Amanda is a professional consultant with exceptional business acumen, skilled at delivering transformative change. She is able to create a strong vision and guide organisations through the change process. With strong international experience, Amanda adept at dealing with uncertainty and her interpersonal and communication skills provide the ability to operate effectively at all levels and across all disciplines to achieve quality outcomes of the highest standard.

She joined the company in 2014, and has a track record in delivery management, transformation management and advisory services.
